QA Officer - 1 year Labor Contract

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for obtaining proper micro retains of raw material, batch and finished products.
Conducts aseptic sampling as plan or necessary.
Maintenance of autoclave and other microbiology equipment.
Perform microbiological testing for raw materials, batches and finished products or required samples sent from Sales, Laboratory, Customers…
Works with Sales/Laboratory/Customer on micro- testing pilot evaluations or special requirements.
Responsible for obtaining proper QA micro retains of raw materials, bulk and finished products other required samples.
Performs housekeeping tasks in Micro Lab.
Responsible for conducting routine equipment sanitation micro testing, facility inspections, frequent monitoring of facility water, random sampling of production equipment, tools and vessels.
Provides proper disposition of micro- sensitive materials and products tested.
Record test results correctly and report on time.
Prepares purchase requisitions for necessary microbiology laboratory supplies.
Perform physic- chemical and microbiological testing for raw materials, batches and finished products of Blending product

Experience : At least 2 years’ experience in QA/QC microbiology testing
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Food and/or Biology
Others : as follows:
§ Attention to detail
§ Experience in a microbiology lab within a manufacturing facility is a plus.
§ Understand Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
§ Experience dealing with suppliers for the equipment and testing used in lab.
§ Enthusiastic and service minded
