QA/QC Engineer

- Ensure all finished goods are compliant with customers quality expectations to pass customers QC checks.
- Support printing technical with Supplier / RDE
- Maintaining integrity and teamwork, setting individual incentives and discipline measures as well as KPI’s and control mechanisms.
- Ensure QC team outsources follow up and com- ply quality requirements.
- Organize and conduct quality inspections onsite at Suppliers based on plan from Procurement.
- Ensure proper record and keeping documents.)
- Collaborate closely with other related divisions to ensure quality,
- Control materials loss from Suppliers
- Training inspection standard & check sheet to QC team outsources
- Other duties assigned by managers Quality engineer.
- Prepare quality reports according to factory regulations.
- Check and supervise the production process at each process of the operators
- Root cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Ensure no errors in compliance with the quality system in production.
- Conduct quality meeting with Suppliers, when necessary.
- Monitor product specifications and quality on the production line)
- Production Process Control.
- Work report daily/weekly to direct manager.
- Record inspection results based on implemented forms and procedures (monitoring sheet, CARs, div material and goods check sheets etc.) on daily basis.
- Planning for effective and efficient control in the Quality System.)
- Check first article samples and quality.
- Directly managing the Product Quality Assurance within the scope of the factory in charge.
- Coordinate with related departments to improve products and production process systems, control product quality.
- Ensure compliance with production processes and regulations.
- Review and approve sample before mass pro- duction.
- Provide a way to handle quality problems in production.
- Other works
- Ensure all products are met according to set standards and regulations.)
- Work with Suppliers for analysis root cause and preventive action for which items have highest de- fact level.
- Manage & arrange quality team at production floor.
- Guide and train quality inspection to new operators.
