QA / QC Engineer (Tester, English)

Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver product success
Address the test automation needs in a systematic, detail- oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem- solving capacity
Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations
Have complete responsibility for enhancing end- to- end automated test coverage
Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests

General requirements:

Likely having 5+ years of experience in the software development, especially the software testing processes
Able to self- learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.
Able to perform tasks under high pressure
Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
At least an intermediate skill level of English

Technical requirements:

5+ years of experience in creating and running automated tests on a web/mobile app using app testing frameworks like Selenium / Telerik
Being a senior member of the engineering team, self- motivated; able to find opportunities for improvement and tackle them without external direct
Methodical and detail- oriented, with solid analytical skills and problem- solving ability
Strong domain knowledge of web/mobile app testing expertise
Solid testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk- based, exploratory, non- UI testing, etc.)
Good knowledge of the software development process, especially the software testing process
Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
