QA/QC Executive

* Objective of the function:
- To train new quality control employee in all sections.
- Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance.
* Main responsibilities:
- Monitor the implementation of safety, housekeeping requirement and working regulation in lab.
- Inform Quality Manager when any fault or problem found during performing the job.
- Arrange work force based on production workload.
- Incoming goods and Production order release create block sheet in SAP.
- Leading all quality activities. Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.
- Supervise and monitor quality check.
- Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans.
- Other task assigned by superior
- Documentation and procedure compliance. Establish, review and revise quality procedures, establish training, development for quality inspectors and technician for the related products.
- Process control and audit. Periodically audit process control to ensure compliance and identify opportunity for improvement.
- Responsible for efficiency and accuracy of testing performance in lab.
- Assist in handling customer complaint.
- Monitor documentation of physical testing result, colour measurement result, product inspection and do data analysis when required

- Strong interpersonal communication skill.
- Good practice in basic office software such as Excel , Word , Email , SAP system and others basic applications
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Industry Best Practices" for production, quality assurance.
- Ability to promote teamwork with good understanding of behavior and motivation at work.
- 5+ years experience in quality control.
