Involve in defining SDLC (software development lifecycle) process.
Monitor, audit and evaluate (or manage QA/QC team to perform) to ensure quality assurance in projects and product development.
Manage QA/QC team and the QA/QC works in projects and product development.
Analyze and define (or manage QA/QC team to define) test strategy, test plan and provide guidelines for QA/QC team to perform QA/QC works in big projects.
Define the strategy and requirements for QA/QC solution engineering (required tools, facilities and systematic support for QA/QC works) and the usage of QA/QC solution engineering for QA/QC works and in SDLC.
Define (or manage QA/QC team to define) and organize the QA/QC training for QA/QC team and the resources in projects or product development to apply QA/QC processes, procedures and templates.
Define (or manage QA/QC team to define) the QA/QC processes, procedures and templates in SDLC.

Note about QA/ QC approach:
QA/ QC works is to cover all related works relating to testing and quality assurance in delivery projects and for the company’s products, incl. test strategy, test plan, test cases, test preparation, test execution, test logging/analysis/report, automation test, test management (for all test types and test levels) and QA/QC support/enhancement…
A full range of testing types can be considered: e.g. functional test incl. UI/UX and business logic, api, data test, non- functional test incl. performance, availability & resiliency, security…

Preferred: Experience with automation test, especially a full automation framework
Good at communication and documentation skills
Preferred: Knowledge about QA/QC solution engineering
Good at management skills (for team size of > 5- 10 people)
Experience of at least 3 years in QC works, incl. analyzing test requirements, defining test strategy/test plan, writing test cases, executing different test types and test levels, using test tools, involving in test management and analysis…
Experience of QA and QC work in at least 2 big enough projects (size of >=20 developers)
Able to analyze and define test requirements, test strategy, test plan, test coverage, test techniques and provide guidelines for QA/QC team to perform QA/QC works in big projects.
Experience of at least 2 years as QA/QC lead in projects
Experience of at least 2 years in QA works, incl. relating to QA/QC processes and procedures, monitoring and ensuring quality of project delivery or operation…
