We are seeking a capable and experienced QA/QC Manager to lead our Manual and Automation engineers. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring high product quality, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies and the ability to guide and develop a high- performing team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Oversight & Technical Leadership
Work closely with cross- functional teams to align QA/QC efforts with product and development goals.
Supervise the overall quality assurance activities to ensure product quality and consistency.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide direction to help the team improve testing effectiveness and efficiency.
Evaluate and improve QA/QC processes, standards, and execution quality across manual and automation practices.
Provide technical guidance and quality insights to support problem- solving and decision- making.
Team Management & Development
Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Lead, coach, and support a team of QA/QC engineers to grow in both capability and performance.
Set team goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback and development plans.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes within the QA/QC team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Ability to evaluate QA/QC performance and implement strategies for improvement.
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
Strong understanding of QA processes, tools, and methodologies for both manual and automation testing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with QA in both web and mobile platforms.
Background in non- functional testing (e.g., performance, security) is a plus.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
