QA/QC Manager (Furniture)

- Cooperate with Planning / LAB/ Engineering for samples/ references to determine quality.
- Report all malfunctions to HOD to ensure immediate action.
- Ensure QC staffs complete the daily quality inspection task meet production schedule of TA and material suppliers.
- Review DPTF and give solution.
- Notify HOD and help to analyze and correct the production problems.
- Set up specifics quality requirements and distribute to QC/ subs for inspection purpose.
- Communicate with RDD/ Engineering for requirements, change need to be updated.
- Responsible for the QC output for product.
- Support production floor for shipment

- Focus on whitewood quality and moisture control, with good knowledge of machining, sanding, and entire manufacturing process, including final QC.
- Able to see and differentiate finish color for color processing control. Can pass a color- blind test.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees & management
- Good communication & computer understanding with ability to send reports by email.
- Experience in furniture’s hardware.
- Able to effectively manage 5- 10 QC personnel subordinates.
- Able to read and understand full- size CAD drawing.
- At least 10 years working experience as a QC manager in a furniture factory.
- Candidates who working at TA is priority.
- English speaking is preferred.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
