QA/QC Supervisor - Electronic Components

Main responsiblities:

Ensure maintenance of the quality management system.
Receive and respond to customer complaints related to product quality.
Ensuring the quality of the company&039;s input and output goods and components, minimizing the rate of defective goods before delivery to customers.

Details:

Ensure maintenance of the quality management system to satisfy customer requirements.
Plan to evaluate and rate suppliers (co- operating with Sourcing department).
Supervise, organize and monitor electronics components inspection by subordinate staff (through practice and the internal management system)
Negotiate with suppliers to handle issues related to quality of input & output electronic components.
Receive and process reviews from customers related to product quality.
Set up product quality control standards.
Prepare and store weekly, monthly and quarterly quality reports.

Good communication in English, reading and understanding technical documents.
Professional qualifications: College graduate or higher majoring in electricity, electronics, automation,...
Minimum 2- 3 years of working experience in QA and QC roles at manufacturing and electronics companies.
Have experience working on IMDS, PPAP systems, ISO 9001:2015.
Understanding of QA and QC tools and knowledge such as 7 QC tools, 5why, 5W2H.
Understand electronic components, know how to read technical drawings and documents such as IMDS, RoHS, Reach,...
Good Office skills (MS office).
