QA/QC Test Engineer Junior/Senior

We are looking for a
Junior/Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer
to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through a structured and scalable testing process. Your role includes:

Identify potential risks, communicate them to the team, and suggest mitigation strategies.
Execute manual tests and report defects using bug tracking tools(e.g., GitLab).
Proposing and implementing improvements to our QC processes and standards.
Maintain comprehensive and up- to- date QC documentation.
Designing test strategies, test cases, checklists, and test data.
Share knowledge and support junior team members when necessary.

Must Have:

Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
A self- learning mindset and strong research abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills, along with a proactive and responsible attitude.
A solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Strong ability to analyze requirements and design effective test cases.
2+ years of hands- on experience in manual testing for web and/or mobile applications in either an outsourcing or product- based environment.
Detail- oriented, organized, and able to consistently meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience contributing to process improvements within quality control and testing workflows.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and manual testing approaches for distributed systems.
An advanced manual testing mindset: a proven ability to anticipate potential quality gaps, design risk- based testing approaches, and optimize test coverage efficiently.
Curiosity and motivation to learn automation testing (not required but a definite plus).
