QA/QC Tester

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail- oriented QA/QC Tester to join our team under the BU Automotive, with a primary focus on enhancing the quality and reliability of our flagship platform – VietmapLive. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the stability, usability, and performance of our applications by thoroughly testing new features, identifying bugs, and helping the team deliver seamless experiences for end users in real- time navigation and smart mobility.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and backend systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure functionality, performance and usability meet acceptance criteria.
Log, track, and manage bugs using standard issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira).
Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and test automation frameworks (if applicable).
Perform regression testing and ensure that updates or fixes do not break existing features.
Analyze requirements and specifications to develop test plans and detailed test cases.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in software testing (web, mobile, or backend).
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a passion for quality.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and different testing methodologies (black box, regression, integration…).
Bachelor‘s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with automation testing (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Katalon) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced team.
Experience using tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or equivalents.
Familiarity with mobile app testing on Android and iOS platforms is a plus.
Basic knowledge of API testing, database queries (e.g. SQL), and debugging tools.
