MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC/MAIN TASKS:
The QA Engineer are
Develop inspection plans, quality metrics.
Responsible to update and maintaince the QMS.
Lead internal reviews of New Product Development outsourced parts and develop part qualification/PPAP requirements.
Prepare and submit quality report to the QA Engineer.
NHIỆM VỤ/ TASK
• Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
• Lead internal reviews of New Product Development outsourced parts and develop part qualification/PPAP requirements.
• Develop inspection plans, quality metrics for all outsourced items & manufacturing procedures outsourced items to include features inspected, sample size, inspection methodology, and appropriate measurement techniques.
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
• Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
- Support manufacturing in the development of job instructions and procedures.
- Write QA/QC procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data and inspecting.
- Implements methods to improve inspection method, equipment/tool performance, product quality.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
- Collect data and report monthly; and work with manufacturing on process improvements.
- Control the quality of incoming materials, in processes, out- coming products.
- Ensure production is producing quality product to specifications.
* PQA (Check Panel Quality)
* QP (Quality Planning)
* MQA (Check outgoing products):
* SQA (Check incoming materials)
* DQA (Testing assessment for developing products/processes).
- Find root cause and have method to improve panel status.
- Analyze NG product and control process defect
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
Other tasks are requested by direct HQA/Manager/Operation Manager

- Knowing English or Chinese is an advantage.
- Word, Excel, powerpoint is good
- Knowledge for ISO
- 1- 3 year of experience or more
