Responsibility 1: Plans, implements and manage activities related to control and assurance of product quality according to the plan:
- Manage, implement send samples for Annual testing of Private Brand products at the Lab centers (Quatest/Case/Eurofins, ..) as planned.
- Manage and implement to all store QA the plan to test kit pesticide residues for F&V products of Private Brand on Quarterly
- Review and report monthly test results
- Implement plans for testing, Audit supplier, check product quality document,… in accordance with the approved plan.
- Making KPIs and approval action plans (including: Check product quality document, Audit Supplier, ..)
- Arrange, implement transfer- receive samples for annual testing of product quality with representatives of LOTTE R&D Center as planned.
Responsibility 2: Support, advise on quality related laws and regulations for relevant departments within LOTTE and working with Suppliers (necessary):
- Conduct, noted stores cases necessary when store expected inspection by Government at the store.
- Advice on cases of QA operation, QA Store, MD, PB, GS in case Store support acceptance of receiving/returning goods when supplier bring quality document to store not match.
- Review information that needs advice from relevant departments on quality issues.
- Review current regulations and update information to relevant departments.
Responsibility 3: Review, update, and implement product quality management processes according to current laws, regulations by LOTTE or at the request of the Board of Directors:
- Review processes of quality control of private label compared with the present, update in accordance with the current operation at the request of the BOD.
- Analyze the content of the existing quality process compared to the current implementation and propose appropriate improvements.
- Adjust the quality processes of the previous years and make appropriate additions and updates according to current laws and regulations to relevant departments and stores.
Responsibility 4: Analyze and verify information with related departments, support to resolve customer complaints, non- conformity quality of products:
- Analyze the causes of customer complaints, Non- conformity product quality with relevant depts.
- Revise and support adjust the dispatch explanation issue of the Supplier before send the dispatch to Store to explain for the customer.
- Proposing a solution to relevant Depts to handle non- conformity product quality the store (withdrawn/ return/ stopping sell).
Responsibility 5:Other tasks:
- Trains relevant department, QA stores on quality issues according to the store&039;s content of interest or due to the requirement to update the new current Law.
- Support in providing product quality document to other depts.
- Support the QA Operation department to synthesize monthly on the results of checking the product quality at all stores and send it to HOD Purchasing and Operations Director to take action to improve product quality Supplier.
- Interview, recruits new QA & report interview results to Director.
