QA Senior Staff

- Follow up and check actual abnormal defect of items in charge
- Make SOPs, quality matrix, manual, packing way, history of items in charge
- Responsible for updating weight data, following up SSBC system
- Responsible for managing Smart System
- Cooperate with QC Leader to solve quality problem with related department
- Handle customer complaint related to items in charge, make action plan if need
- Input net/runner weight, packing way, packing material weight of items in charge into ERP system. Update the data periodically.
- Responsible for supporting Manager handling quality issue
* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM / Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh

- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good at English in both written and verbal skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good comunication skill
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, industry of manufacturing, footwears, plastics… is a plus
- University/ College graduate inIndustrial Engineering, Business Administration, English or relevant fields
