QA Staff (Complaint Handling)

Feedback to customer for NFT or and any other discussion for improvement
Issue/ training Quality alert - customer complaint for team
Do other jobs assigned by Head of Quality Department
Leading related teams to solve complaint and preparation 8D reports for customer
Together with team to improve internal PPM
Monitoring corrective actions and confirm its effect

2 years working experience as same position, prefer in injection/harness manufacturing
Familiar with 7QC tools, 5 core tools, data analysis, G R&R, 8D report, ISO 9001,
Good at communication, problem solving, fluent in commercial English
