- Establish and control document system to meet requirements of the international standards
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Incoming quality control:
Incoming Quality inspection activities:
+Incoming quality check
+Checklist scrutiny
+ Monitoring and checking for abnormalities in products, out of specification requirements.
+To create Inspection agreement with Suppliers.
+To create Inspection standard.
+Input material, component part sampling
and non- conformities
+Responsible for Initial Supply Control
• The new part is manufactured – New Product
• Similar to other parts manufactured – New Product
• Existing part change as per specification change required by the customer
Process Quality Control System
+Control and management changing point:
• Relocated Plant – Process Change
• High volume increase
• Supplier / Sub supplier Change – Process Change
• Start manufacturing after a long lay- off (12 months) – Process Change
• Layout Change – Process Change
• R/M, Product design/process/Tool/ Die/ Machine/ Equipment change/minor change- New Product/ECN/Process Change.
+Performance audit
+Statistic control
- Responsible for managing Lab room (include management measuring equipment and tool)
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Have ability to use measuring tools
- At least 2 years’ experience at same position.
- University Graduated
- Good problem- solving, time management skill.
- Good communication, TOEIC scores: at least 500 points or Japanese 3N level.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.
