Main job

Make sure the quality control system operation in normal condition.
Controlling all failure come back from Customer.
Controlling Elevator and Factory valid and new Certificates

Maintaining the Management system (ISO 9001)

Owner for internal Audit.
Maintaining validity of certificates. Connect with Certification Agency for the audits or any activities for continuously certificates.
Assessing, monitoring and validating the management systems to ensure that everything is effective. Evaluation of the root causes of nonconformities and corrective and preventive actions.
Improving the process to control risk.
Revising, creating new procedure for management system.

Tracking and Solving Failure from customer

Solving customer complaints which feedback from Sale, Installation.
Monitoring the preventive action effective operation.
Feedback/ discuss with supplier, ODM supplier to solve their failure. Send the component to replace or penalty / Charge fee…
Receive and collect the NCR from customer, 5 steps analysis with Dept. in charge to find the root cause and preventive action convenience.

Certificate

Maintain the valid of certificate (except ISO14001).
Get certificate for Standard ISO system, Fire door certificate, QCVN certificate.

Other tasks

Other requests from the Board of Directors
Making the QA periodic and unexpected report.

• Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the elevator or high- tech manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable experience with ISO9001, Familiar with QC tool, In- depth knowledge on all QA/QC functions in production.
• Good at English communication.

Time working: From Mon to Sat (08:00- 17:00), Saturday off alternating
