QA Supervisor

Organize training courses (Certificates, HACCP, GMP, Food safety awareness ...)
Conduct risk assesment of new equipemnt/ lines and any changes related to food safety risk
Handle complaint and CAPA
Update all related international and VN regulations on food safety
Compose, submit, and follow up all documents like registration, free sale, health certificate, or other docs related to VN regulation/ customer requirement.
Coordinate with QA team, QC team, Production team to assure current food safety and quality implementation
Conduct internal audit, GMP audit, and process regularly traceability or recall mock test, and follow up all CAPA later
Establish, maintain, and updateall food safety and quality management systems and certificates: FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal, Kosher, RSPO, Organic
Conduct supplier audits and monitors (check/ update validation of all cert from supplier, sub- contractor, service providers)

Foreign language ability: Good at English
Computer literacy: Microsoft office
Academic/professional qualification: Biotech/ Food tech/ Micro/ Chemistry
Working experience: At least 3 years in QA
