YOUR MISSION:
QA Supervisor is responsible for building, maintaining, and implementing the new quality system based on market requirements. Improving the feed quality system at Entobel.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
• Ensure all the activities in the other department follow the rule of the HACCP/ISO22000/GMP plan applied at the factory.
• Lead the internal audits at the factory.
• Participate in drafting documents and preparing documents related to quality policy and food safety policies, procedures, build the quality training session, and conduct training as assigned by the QA manager annually.
• Maintain and update factory feed safety documents.
• Planning, checking, and ensuring periodic calibration activities.
• Review and revise all documentation in the legislation and the markets. Ensure all documents at Entobel are good.
• Lead audit sessions from third parties, prepare and check all requirements for auditing from Entobel’s customers.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Make recommendations to improve the quality of inspection and assessment methods/processes.
• Data management is ready to provide in a timely manner to relevant departments, any discrepancies are identified, and warnings and corrective actions identified.
• Ensure testing and evaluation records are recorded, verified, and maintained in accordance with state regulations and Entobel requirements. Analyze and evaluate trends of results periodically, report according to the required schedule.
• Assessment of the quality of finished products and raw materials to ensure that they meet the standards of the government, customers, and Entobel on feed quality and safety.
• Lead the CAPA team for resolving quality problems, violations of regulations in the factory, and customers&039; complaints to find the root cause and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeat errors.
• Use actual data, general knowledge of products and factory operations to make recommendations to improve the quality of inspection and assessment methods/processes.
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
• Plan and implement general regulations and programs on employee management, safety, information, staffing, training, KPI/Employee&039;s performance evaluation, commendation recommendations reward or discipline. Develop, support, plan for future workforce needs and participate in staff selection.
• Cooperate with the QC team for resolving any nonconformity from materials to the finished good.
• Implement/monitor systems and processes to maintain a highly engaged employee environment that promotes good practice in engagement.
• Assist in human resource planning and is responsible for training new employees as well as employees changing positions, periodically training all employees.
• Plan and implement training for employees.
LABORATORY MANAGEMENT
• Monitoring in the daily operations and management of the laboratory.
• Participate with the Lab Leader to set up research or testing projects and laboratory documents.
• Monitor, inspect, and perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laboratory regulations.
• Participate in training and provide guidance to new staff or interns when needed to ensure the quality system.
• Cooperate with the Lab Leader for recording, storing, and updating experimental data and analysis results in accordance with standard procedures and ISO/GLP requirements (if applicable).
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Food/feed technology, aquaculture technology, biotechnology, Chemistry,… or related fields.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Mature, careful, and result- oriented
• Understanding of the interpretation and application of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 standard.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Good MS office – excel, power point.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Be able to work independently as well as a team.
• Strong sense of problem- solving, accountability.
• At least 2- 3 years’ experience as a QA Leader/ QA supervisor in food/feed industry.
