Purpose:
The Quality Management System (QMS) Supervisor will play a key role in the oversight of the Quality Assurance (QA) program and the QMS at the site level to support paint and coating production.
Responsibilities:
Ensure product complaints are managed in a manner consistent with SOPs.
Develop, manage, and maintain continual improvement of QA programs, policies and procedures for paint and coating.
Conduct periodic audits of the site / supplier to monitor compliance with established procedures and practices.
Apply quality assurance processes and procedures at the site level to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Ensure analytical laboratory equipment is appropriately maintained and calibrated. Ensure applicable facility certifications are maintained. Identify management problems in personnel, equipment, and the facility that require correction.
Liaise with internal and external inspectors and representatives, particularly on QA- related topics.
Maintain oversight of the QA program and QMS at Amata producing products follow ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO17025 and other required certificates.
Prepare and present periodic review of the quality system for regular ‘Management Review’
Lead for investigation, follow- up, and improvement actions for customer complaints, and supplier complaints.
Attend quality and operational meetings. Interface with QA and Operations on quality- related issues. Provide status updates as required management.
Lead site QSAQ activities with proper improvement plan.
Other responsibilities as required.
Write, review, approve, and/or implement quality procedures, specifications, processes, and methods as required.
Ensure all quality in process NC/NCR are managed by SAP QN system, Lead investigation for non- conforming products/ materials / daily to come out proper action to reduce abnormal product/ daily via applying effective analysis tool.
Ensure an investigation is performed and documented when required, and corrective and preventative actions are taken (i.e PGRs)
Strong collaboration, including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts, and communication with the Engineering and Operations team.
