QA Supervisor

Þ Identify potential sources of error and suggest ways to eliminate them.
Þ Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
Þ Ensure that all procedures are implemented during every step of the production process.
Þ To communicate, assist and report directly to all pertinent staff, managers, and directors in Gritti Vietnam and Gritti Italy.
Þ To participate to the Production meetings actively.
Þ Record and Analyze quality complaints and quality problems.
Þ Any other duties as assigned by Production Manage and General Director.
Þ Take appropriate corrective actions on identified problems and monitor these corrective actions.
Þ Write quality and production procedures
Þ Establish the quality management system
Þ Continuous process improvement

Þ Knowledge of ISO quality Management Systems.
Þ University or College degree
Þ Able to work under the direction of a foreign management staff.
Þ At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
Þ Excellent English language skills (speaking and writing).
Þ Excellent organizational skills.
Þ Ability to manage some staff.
Þ Highly motivated, flexible, honest, and reliable.
