QA Supervisor

Compose, submit, and follow up all documents like registration, free sale, health certificate, or other docs related to VN regulation/ customer requirement.
Conduct internal audit, GMP audit, and process regularly traceability or recall mock test, and follow up all CAPA later
Conduct supplier audits and monitors (check/ update validation of all cert from supplier, sub- contractor, service providers)
Update all related international and VN regulations on food safety
Coordinate with QA team, QC team, Production team to assure current food safety and quality implementation
Establish, maintain, and update all food safety and quality management systems and certificates: FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal, Kosher, RSPO, Organic
Organize training courses (Certificates, HACCP, GMP, Food safety awareness ...)
Handle complaint and CAPA
Conduct risk assesment of new equipemnt/ lines and any changes related to food safety risk

Other skills and knowledge: Teamwork, Communication, Time management, Problem solving, Middle management, ...
Foreign language ability: Good at English
Working experience: At least 3 years in QA
Academic/professional qualification: Biotech/ Food tech/ Micro/ Chemistry
Computer literacy: Microsoft office
