QA Supervisor – (Experience in Automotive Field is An Advantage)

*** Job summary:
IMPLEMENT/ FOLLOW QUALITY ASSURANCE JOBS.
*** Main responsibilities and duties:
- Member of Cross Function Team (CFT) to develop FMEA/CONTROL PLAN.
- Control Internal/ External changing point.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).
- Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer.
- Follow Initial Control of new model.
- Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)
- Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model. Review/Update when necessary.
- Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.

*** Knowledge required:
- University degree.
- Fluent in 7 QC Tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Control chart…)
- Joined IATF Training: Quality System, 5 Core tool (APQP, PPAP, SPE, FMEA, MSA)
- English proficient.
- Use Office tools to analyze/ make report.
- At least 3 years at QA Leader, Supervisor position. Experience worked with Japanese Customer is advantage.
- Agile, carefulness, good communicate with other one.
