QA Technician

Follow sampling and testing procedures according to the process.
Perform sample analysis throughout the production process to maintain quality control. Record sample analysis results in the department logbook as well as enter into electronic files.
Monitor, update and write documents for the current work area: Physical chemistry/ microbiology/ Input material control/ sensory.
Calibrate and maintain all laboratory equipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy of results.
Study and lead a Pillar of the VPO system: Quality/Safety/Maintenance/Logistic.
Perform quality inspection, assessment, audit according to regulations (daily, weekly and monthly).

Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem- solving skills.
Analytical ability to gather, summarize data to find solutions to various administrative problems and prepare reports.
Ability to follow detailed instructions/ procedures, multi- task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast- paced and evolving work environment.
Good understanding of quality assurance/ quality control and problem solving skills and to troubleshoot any beer related issues.
Solid interpersonal skills, team orientation, communication and administration skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner.
Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and techniques; Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic instrument maintenance.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Fermentation Science or related majors.
Understanding of the brewing and packaging process, HACCP and Good Manufacturing practices for food manufacturing a plus.
Good English reading and writing skills; Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
