QA Tester - English Speaking

We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA Tester with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem- solving skills, and proficiency in English. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products.

Test Planning and Execution:

Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of software products.
Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Defect Tracking:

Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the software meets the required standards and guidelines.
Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Communication:

Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on product quality.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and trends.
Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
