QA Testing Staff

Arrange the testing schedule (physical testing and material testing) basing on testing request and sample schedule.
Receive all in- house Physical testing requests from other departments (PD, Prod, HS…), for approve the test.
Perform in- house physical test directly after confirm sample testing requested:
Do and upload reports on in- house applications system to refer.
Make sure all report after testing need to be updated to on system to related departments.
Physical test for product sample white wood (PD)
Control all lab equipment/tools and facilities.
Make sure all lab equipment/tool to control and maintain.
Support for drop transit test.
Physical test for HW (Hinge, drawer slide, other...)
Make sure all in house testing requests must be performed in timely manner.
Make sure all product/material testing must be follow protocol and testing process properly.
Physical test for material and component (MDF, Plywood, Glue, other )
Investigate with relevant departments (PD, QC, BOM…) on failure/issues for corrective action and improvement, suggest the most efficient methods to fix failure products.

Experience about Furniture Drop- test Testing and Transit Test protocol is preferred.
Having experience with furniture standard international (BS, EN, ANSI, SOHO…).
Knowledge of quality management system is preferable.
Knowledge of furniture product and its relevance quality.
