QA Vận Hành

- Work with the overseas department and foreign partners to build an operating system with the company when required.
- Communicate with relating department: legal, finance, sorting, IT, etc.
- Consulting with superiors and departments to optimize internal systems.
- Responsible for building, operating, and controlling the regulatory process system of departments within the company.
- Support handling daily tasks for departments, including issues related to processes and operational systems.
- Research and adjust/supply research processes and regulations to improve the system, service quality, and work productivity.

- Fluency in English
- Computer skills (MS Office) and SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Good in working with number and multitasks
- Logically time- management and task- management

- Compensation, pay raise approval at least 1 times per year, performance bonus (up to 2- month salary)
