- Prepare procedures, work instruction, forms comply with Intergrated Quality Environment Management System, ISO 9001:2015.
- Plan, assign and guide QC&QA team to implement activities related to QA & QC functions effectively.
- Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Plan and direct activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for internal production. Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
- Generate the Weekly, Monthly Reports based on the rejection data of IQC, IPQC, OQC, OQC support and customer’s return data, customer complaint.
- Arrange and chair quality meeting with all relevant departments to solve the problems and improve quality level.
- Coordinate and support Top management to hold meetings for Quality Review Management.
- Send improvement plan/Counter Measure to customers for highlighted quality issues within 72 hours and follow up the effectiveness of Counter Measure.
- Confer with customer by telephone, mail or in person to collect product quality status / information or obtain details of complaint to solve problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with suppliers to control Raw material, to ensure Incoming Material comply with Inspection Standards.
- Chair the meeting with suppliers to solve issues related to Non-conformance Incoming Material, generate CAPA (corrective & preventive actions) for suppliers and follow up the CounterMeasure.
- Manage measurement system, Tool & Equipment of Lab room and Lab staff activities..
- Deploy Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities to determine appropriate use of process controls with customers during pilot testing and mass production.
- Develop Failure Mode and Effects Analysi, (FMEA), Control Plans, Measurement system analysis, 8D Method, SPC,…
- Monitor and control budget for QC & QA department-signing of QA&QC expenses vouchers.
- Monitor and cooperate with staff from QC&QA deparment to ensure efficient management of department resources.
- Authority to stop production if major quality issue discovered but must immediately inform to Operation Manager and Managing Director.
- Authority to sign concession notes on issues having no impact to product safety or customers’ perception of the final product.
- Must confirm organizational changes with Operation Manager and Managing Director before execution.
