Job Description
Collaborate with BA on evaluating business and functional requirements and transforming those requirements into the team, collaborating with developers
Implement an agile testing framework that enables continuous testing in line with agile development processes
Work in Agile/SCRUM projects to service client requirements
Settle Selenium to build a hybrid framework with Java and Python
Be able to do the manual test of the system functionalities, UI/UX, as well as API
Be familiar with JIRA and Confluence
Implement test automation to enable testing efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability
Work closely with PM and the project teams to plan, monitor, and control the testing
Create test- related artifacts (test cases, test procedures, test scripts, test reports)
Build up the basic training documents and plans for training this team
Job Requirement
Experience creating manual test cases and testing web and mobile applications
Experience in testing the life- cycle in terms of testing process, quality models, and standards
Experience in load testing for big data
Experience in Automation testing (Selenium)
Comfortable using web- based project management and bug tracking tools
Bachelor of IT Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
Comfortable working in a team- oriented, yet remote environment
Good time management, self- management, and problem- solving skills
Be hard- working and ready to work in a pressure environment to meet deadlines
Be a team player and be able to work independently
Have at least 5 years of work experience in a QC role (Manual, Automation)
Good command of English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
