QC Engineer (Mechanical engineer) - Bình Thạnh, lương up to 15,000,000 Net VNĐ

Carry out inspection, supervision, and control quality following the company&039;s standards and procedures.
- Material incoming inspection.
- Welding inspection (structure, Tank, vessel, and pipe).
- Structure, vessel and tank visual and dimension inspection.
- Paint inspection.
- Pressure Test.
Regularly making inspection reports to managers. Document non- conformance reports and work with other departments to implement corrective actions.
Making suggestions to improve the company&039;s standards based on manager approval.
Check all documents from suppliers, submission&039;s documents to customers. Maintain accurate and up- to- date quality control records.
- Stay up- to- date on relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Available for same- day business travel (company car or personal motorbike with allowance).
- Develop and implement quality control plans for water treatment equipment and processes.
- Coordinate with engineers, production personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient quality control procedures.
- Review and analyze inspection data and identify potential quality issues.

Knowledge for engineering:

- Reading and understanding technical documents, and drawings in English.
- Understanding of ASME VIII, ASME IX and ASME 31.3 standards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of materials used in structural components, storage tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS, ASTM or equivalent standards).

Character:

- Ability in logical thinking and explanation.
- Highly motivated and hardworking.
- Excellent communication and personal skills, able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in quality control methodologies and familiar with relevant industry standards is an advantage.
- Ability to have analytical and problem- solving skills.

Experience:

- 1- 2 years working experience for QC or other relevant field.- Experience with non- destructive testing (NDT) methods is a plus.

Language:

- Ability to communicate in English- Having proficiency in Japanese language is an advantage

Technical competencies:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)- Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D and other engineering software.

Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
