In this role, you will focus on the testing field. You will partner with cross- functional teams to deliver high- quality, power, and performance- optimized software to enable the best user experience on the company products.
What you will do
Handle manual investigation and reproduction of functional software issues, and root cause analysis;
Track and control testing progress;
Analyze and raise the issues, propose the solution to improve the system;
Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments;
Develop detailed and well- structured test plans and test cases;
Perform all phases of testing including functional, system, and regression testing;
Design & implement automation tests using the framework (Keyword Driven / Data Driven).
Have a proactive and good work relationship with other team members;
Act as the key contact point for all QC aspects of releases;
Hand- on testing of Mobile applications, API Testing;
Participate in peer review and inspect requirement documents;
What you will need
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to review test scripts and results generated by other testers;
2+ years experience in Automation Testing for Mobile Applications and 3+ years of Software Application Development;
Ability to work independently;
Ability to work skillfully with other team members & customers;
Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects;
Having knowledge and experience in API testing and Performance Testing is a big plus;
Ability to troubleshoot script- related issues;
Ability to scrutinize and maintain existing scripts;
Experience with application deployment by using CI/CD is a big plus.
Excellent technical documentation skills;
Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages;
Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations;
Ability to generate reports from test results with minimal rework;
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field;
