QC Engineer Tester, Agile

The candidate should be able to work independently to identify test cases/test scripts from requirements and map test cases/scripts back to the original requirement
Developing and Executing the Cross Browser (browsers like Safari, Chrome, Mobile browsers) testing.
Testing existing system processes and providing recommendations changes or improvements to existing processes, methods, and technologies that improve product quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Understand business objectives and build alignment and buy- in cross- functionally.
Understand product lifecycle concepts and participate in the test planning process
Perform exploratory testing with a focus on identifying and documenting defects
Review defects and test logs with QC/QA team to identify root causes and suggest solutions for improving testing, documentation, and process improvement
Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years’ proven experience as QC/ QA Engineer in a fast- paced environment
- 5+ years of experience in design test cases/ test scenarios and exceptional ability with cross- browser, cross- platform and responsive testing (PC, mobile and tablet)
- Fluent in speaking and written English
- Hands- on with various types of testing such as system, functional and regression with web and mobile testing
- Good ability to review testing results with QA /QC team members and ensure quality product as expect
- Highly collaborative internal QC/QA team member with production team who fosters open communication and facilitates mutual understanding and cooperation between all stakeholders
- Demonstrated competence and ability to be self- motivated when analyzing problems
- Be active at work and have the capability to work under high pressure
- Ability to develop maintainable test automation solutions using Selenium, Appium or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing one or more of the following: API interfaces, databases/data stores, analytics
- Experience in Stress testing or performance testing.
- Demonstrate passion and initiative in self- learning and applying new technologies in practice
