QC Engineer (Tester, QA QC, Manual + Automation Test)

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Execute the test case according to the test plan.
Check test cases to cover customer’s requirements with Senior Tester or BA/PO.
Directly report to the PM/QC lead.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
Develop test cases based on specifications.
Qualify the bug&039;s severity and priority rating, and report the bug with detailed information.
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Provide estimations in hours.

Collaborate with the dev team to release on time and do UAT.
Attention to details, critical thinking and ability to see the large picture.
Create test cases & acceptance criteria based on system requirement specifications.
Good thinking ability, proactive in work, with a high sense of responsibility.
Customer- focused mindset, can- do attitude and high team- work spirit.
Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Redmine, Trac, Bugzilla, Mantis, Testlink, JIRA.
Work proficiently with Developer tools, API, SQL.
Minimum of 02 years experienced in manual and automation testing
Ensuring the appropriate testing activities are scheduled during release and sprint planning. Perform testing on various types of function, both manual and automated.
Good English communication.
Ensuring proper use of testing tools.
Knowledge/experience on the following subjects is an advantage:❖ Web application testing, desktop and mobile browsers❖ Responsive web applications and Mobile application
Good understanding of various types of testing and design test case techniques.
Thorough understanding of the software life- cycle, especially Agile- Scrum.
