QC Inspector For Project (Located In Dong Nai)

JGC Vietnam is looking for 01 QC Inspector for a Factory Project in Dong Nai. The contract period is from Sep 2021 to Oct 2022.

Quality Control for EPC projects:

Depending on the phases of construction site, the handling category of inspection will be changed.
Site inspection control following Inspection and Test Plan.
Pre-commissioning and commissioning work quality related records will be part of the work at the final phase of project including the hand-over documents controlling.
Expected to control Civil works, Building works, Mechanical works, Piping works, Electrical works and HVAC works not limited to in reference to the technical documents such as specification and International Standard.

Material Control

Attending laboratory tests to witness and confirm the required tests or inspection results.
Construction material inspection in reference to the project specification and international standard.

Fabrication control

To fabricate and deliver the equipment/materials in accordance with Client&039;s specification and International Standard/Specification.
To review the following documents and instruct vendor, if not correct: ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), many kinds of Inspection Procedure, Mill Sheet, WPS/PQR, Welding Map & Welders List, Fabrication Procedure

To do the inspection at vendor&039;s shop, for example: Visual & Dimension Inspection for material and product, Welding Inspection, NDE and so on.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have experience in reviewing QC documents as mentioned above
At least 5 years experience as QC Engineer/Inspector
Level 2 certificate of NDT (Non Destructive Testing)
Be familiar with codes and standards as ASME/ASTM/ ANSI/API/ Mobile/Shell/Aramco/ect.
Be familiar with Vietnamese laws and regulations
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
