QC Inspector Snap Global Solutions Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
The QC Inspector is in charge of in- process inspection and pre- shipment inspections according to the company inspection process and direction of Snap’s QA & Compliance Manager. The QC Inspector determines the conformity to product specifications to ensure delivery of safe, high- quality products to clients and consumers.
Monitor the production status reports to ensure shipping plans are strictly adhered to.
Plan and execute inspections of products to confirm conformance to quality and safety specifications.
Perform other assignments in accordance with Snap management’s directions.
Provide QC inspection reports after inspections are completed.
Perform in- process quality inspections and carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped.
Report any discrepancies or non- conformance, and provide feedback to both Snap management and factory management on any product quality issue.
Reject non- conforming goods that fail to meet quality and/or safety expectations and immediately report the issue to the appropriate department.

Experience Requirements
Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with inspection equipment and tools
Strong spoken and written English communication is a MUST
Proficient in MS Office
A minimum of 5 years related experience, locally based (i.e., working in Vietnam)
Ability to read and interpret product requirements and specifications
Experience in quality control procedures and techniques
University Degree/Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail with analytical skills
Vietnamese and Mandarin language capability is a big advantage
Familiarity with toy regulatory requirements related to quality control and quality assurance
Good knowledge of toy industry quality standards and requirements
