Training end users
Write User Acceptance Test cases and perform user acceptance test
Create test cases, test plan, test report
Understand and analyze software’s requirement
Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes, inform development teams for fixing and retest to ensure adequate resolutions.
Prepare test data, perform manual testing according to the test plan to ensure the product meets the requirement and quality
Write user manual (Guideline for using app)
Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
Perform integrated testing and regression testing

Good at logical thinking, problem-solving
Good knowledge of Database/SQL
Experience in using database tools
Good knowledge of software development process, especially software testing process
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans
Highly motivated and can work independently without constant supervision.
Able to manage multiple assigned tasks, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Experience in writing well-designed and easy understandable test cases
Strong experience in performing manual test: black box testing, integration testing, data verification, interface testing, ...
About 1-2 years experienced in software testing
