QC Lead Manual Automation Testing

Hands- on Testing (Manual & Automation)
Design and maintain automation test scripts for web/API/mobile using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
Work directly on projects as a Senior QC engineer.
Write and execute manual test cases, identify bugs, and report issues clearly.
Contribute to the setup of automation frameworks and CI pipelines for test automation.
Team Management & Technical Leadership
Monitor overall team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and propose improvement or transition plans when necessary.
Assign QC members to projects based on their skillsets and the needs of each project.
Define, implement, and continuously improve testing processes, standards, and best practices.
Conduct test case and bug review sessions to ensure coverage and quality.
Review and approve test strategies, test cases, and test results from team members.
Recruitment & Training
Design and conduct onboarding and technical training programs.
Develop and execute mentorship and coaching programs to junior and mid- level testers.
Take part in recruitment of QC engineers across different levels.

MUST HAVE

At least 7 years of testing/QC experience, including at least 2 years in a leading role.
Proven experience with both manual and automation testing.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Strong hands- on experience in API testing with Postman or similar
Experience with one or more automation test/bug management tools: TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, Jira, ClickUp
Solid knowledge of test planning, test design, test execution, and defect lifecycle.
Experience in performance testing using JMeter, K6
Strong hands- on experience with one or more automation frameworks/tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium.
Strong problem- solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English communication

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in security testing
ISTQB or relevant certification
Experience in domains: Healthcare, FinTech
