• Supporting the company in setting up the quality department with all involved works
• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher- quality goods.
• Education & training to develop staffs who can create reliable quality
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
• Resolve and fix problems when problems occur
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
• Frequent travel to factories.
• Knowledge and experience of product inspections (Sample check/inline/final inspection)
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Monitoring the compliance for raw materials
• Demonstrate expertise regarding quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) in interactions with clients, and other interested parties; in Product areas as on our website.
• Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors if requested
• Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.

Required Requirements:
Excellent in English
Advantage Knowledge of product areas such as Outdoor Furniture, Wood + Rattan and Steel Range, Small Furniture, Self- Assembly Product.
Experience: Management and staff training
• Good communication skills in technical
• Good organizational skills
• Experience in project management as well as development processes in Europe companies.
• Manage QC&039;s team from 8- 10 people
