QC Specialist (Wooden / Metal Furniture)

Our organization is ever changing and growing fast, we are now looking for 5 QC Specialists (3 x Chinese-speaking, 2 x English-speaking) for our various locations in Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province, and Ho Chi Minh City (District 2).
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Ensure that all production made is up to quality control standards when processing and meets buyer quality standards.
·Ensure that QC standards and procedures in the factory are always addressed accordingly.
·Establish strict quality systems and guidelines in the production line to eliminate repairs and claims.
·Follow up on quality issues and come up with solutions of the problem so that it will not occur again in the production line that cause delays.
·Record all quality issues in proper documentation for future reference.
·All items must be checked 100% before putting in the carton box.
·Co-ordinate with the office and supplier for the new samples prior to production.
WORKING HOURS, LOCATION AND OTHER INFO
Working hours: Mon-Sat (6 days per week), 7:30am-4:30pm
Daily free company shuttle will be provided from District 2 to Binh Duong factory locations
