QC Supervisor

- Involve in customer claim/complain investigation to respond quickly, effectively and professionally to customer and follow up preventive action, effectiveness to prevent problem happening
- Planning & deploy quality inspection plan in production to ensure no non- confirming product/WIP escape to next processes
- Build, deploy, maintain quality control system including inspection plan, inspection checklist , inspector’s skill…
- Team Development: Develop team to winning team with engagement, pro- active, accountability and capability.
- Quality performance report and analysis to identify opportunity for improvement : Defect, process, root causes related.
- Others assignment from supervisor
- Coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues, and follow up CAPA
- Training and develop QC team to ensure no conforming escape to customer with lowest cost

- Furniture product standards, Communication, Problem solving, Data analysis
- ISO 9001, Quality Control plan, problem solving, Process quality control, claim/ complaint management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management
- Presentation skill, Time management.
- Proficiency in English.
- 3 years at the same position in MNC, in furniture industry is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Power point
