Assist the head of the department in building a quality system for the quality department as well as the company.
Monitoring laboratory activities/equipment to make sure the output quality is judged correctly.
Perform quality and COA reports.
LAB monitoring
Develop and supervise the implementation of equipment calibration, inspection and maintenance plans.
Training/improving employee skills, testing/evaluating HR skills according to the plan.
Examine and evaluate the results of proficiency test samples, controls, inter- room comparisons, and other quality control samples.
Develop and supervise the implementation of the plan to ensure the use value of the results.
Develop and maintain technical SOPs of the laboratory.
Ensure that technical activities are properly operated and complied with, as well as meet the required accuracy and quality.
Control the quality of analysis results, ensure accurate and timely test results, meet customer requirements.
Manage CAPEX in lab room: Consumable, equipment, budget of lab room.
Quality system
Support of establish SOP, work instruction, form…regarding quality and others.
Support to build and audit of certificate: ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, GHP…
Reporting and Analysis
Share and communicate quality checking results by SharePoint, document, Microsoft office team and verbally to Production/Warehouse department and other relevant departments.
Analyze the data and report to the manager for early problem detection and process improvement.
To perform any other related duties as Management required from time to time.
Quality Control throughout the production process, including raw, consumables and finished goods
The final quality control check is performed before shipping, to ensure that analytical methods and protocols are rigorously followed for the quality control during the production process.
Check and decide the percentage of all the categories on the inspection sheet and give information to the Production, Warehouse and Sourcing Departments.
Handling of complaints and quality related issues, manage on- hold products and rework
Reworking the unqualified On- Hold products, recheck and make sure the product to be qualified and separate the unacceptable product in cooperation with the production team.
Support the manager by handling of any quality issues rejected and returned by the customer are identified and recorded and reworked, retested, and returned and replacements are given in cooperation with the relevant team.
