QC/ Tester Leader

Leadership and Strategy:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define quality standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement QC strategies, processes, and best practices for manual testing.
Lead and mentor a team of QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

Quality Control:

Perform root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Conduct thorough testing of banking applications, systems, and processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

Experience:

Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control/manual testing
Proven experience in leading and managing QC teams.
Have experience in banking domain is a plus.

Skills:

Knowledge of automation testing is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
English: good communication
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in manual testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
