QC/QA MANAGER (FURNITURE)

Inspect to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements, using established engineering techniques
Any other reasonable duties.
Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions, through working with all Department Managers
Preparation of QA reports
Conduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
Analyze the root causes and implement corrective actions for processes or parts that have concerns
Liaise with managers and QC to ensure the smooth introduction of new QC processes and for reporting and reducing quality issues
Continuously improving Quality procedures
Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality awareness throughout the team
Creating and maintaining the Company&039;s Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company&039;s quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports etc…
Work with cross-functional teams to generate Manufacturing Inspection Test Plans that ensures good quality products are produced
Ensure all quality data is captured recorded and exploited
Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the QC SOP and the environment; through training and work instructions

Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills (Vietnamese as well as English)
Qualifications in Production Engineering
Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook .
Experience in a Production or sourcing QC Engineering environment and in a Quality/ Inspection role
Must be able to show a good knowledge of SPC (Statistical process control method of quality control ) and its applications
Flexible and trustworthy. Reporting to Production Manager & COO
Excellent team working and adaptability
Attention to detail
Must be able to show a good practical use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques
Ability to prioritise workload
Experience managing and training team ( team size ~ 20pax)
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
