Do you have what it takes?
• Experience in practising Kaizen, SPC, SGA/QC in problem solving, quality improvement
• MS Office, Communication, Presentation, Good Cooperation, Decision Making, and Trust Building
• A college or university degree with a major in (OR) Industrial System, Industrial management, Polymer, Moulding is preferred.
• Strong team player with flexible behaviors who is open- minded, proactive, and supportive
• Result- oriented with fact- base- driven, data- oriented, and logical/analytical skills; detail- oriented.
• Knowledge of production, experience of training + verification tasks
• 1+ years experience in quality; prefer MNCs or companies with premium quality standards.
• Strong communication skills in verbal, nonverbal, and written
• Systematic thinking and a sense of excellence
• Technical English knowledge is preferred
• Intermediate English competencies or above
