QFS DEPUTY MANAGER (KCN LONG BÌNH)

Job overview:
As the QFS Deputy Manager, you&039;ll ensure that all company operations, from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery, meet stringent quality and food safety standards. You&039;ll be a key player in deploying and maintaining our global QFS systems and collaborating with various departments to uphold our commitment to product excellence and consumer safety.
Key Responsibilities
QFS System & Policy Management

Implement and maintain QFS systems in line with company policies and global standards.
Continuously improve QFS processes to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.

Compliance Oversight

Monitor QFS compliance across the supply chain: raw materials, packaging, processing, finished goods, and shipments.
Ensure all activities align with internal and external standards.

Auditing & Reporting

Plan and conduct internal and external audits (suppliers, co- manufacturers, warehouses, etc.).
Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Cross- Functional Collaboration

Act as the QFS focal point, working closely with other departments to ensure effective compliance.

Global Program Participation

Participate in regional and global QFS programs and initiatives as required.

Team Leadership & Training

Manage and train the QFS team.
Deliver QFS compliance training for new and existing staff.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining food safety systems such as HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000, Halal, and Organic.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
A university degree is required, preferably in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Solid planning, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality assurance or working with food/agricultural products.
