Key responsibilities
At COSO (NGF plant):
Set up and implement of Pepsico Global Quality Management System such as EMP (Environment Monitoring Program – to control Salmonella in snack Food), Allergen Program, QSHA- Quality System Health Audit…)
Working with Ministry of Health to register product quality, get approval for import ingredients/toys.
Working with local government officers to provide required documents or explain if any about food safety & quality Audit.
Building the annual operation plan (AOP) and forecast for QA/QC, R&D such as: headcount, third party, productivity, efficiency, operating expenditure (OPEX), capital expenditure (CAPEX)….
Build & lead implement Food & quality systems for NGF plant: GMP, ISO 2000, AIB. Support to integrate other management systems such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 by applying consistent template, forms and issuing guidelines for writing policy process.
Assign staff to investigate market complaints & liaise with factory – feed- back to sales & help in customer/consumer response based on crisis management guideline.
Manage & trouble shooting for quality & food safety issues.
Set up Laboratory: room layout, equip all tools, chemical, machine, test methods for Lab.
Co- operate with R&D region team, Procurement to verify suppliers in order to develop new materials, new suppliers via SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance program).
Conduct market survey (at distributors & outlet) to understand quality of product out of warehouse and have appropriate action for improving quality of product.
Lead for sustain/improve quality of product & food safety, generate and lead the implementation of ideas for continual process improvement.
Working with all departments at plan to request required documents and inform preparation plan about food safety & quality Audit.
At Co- packer plants:

Set up Laboratory: equip all tools, chemical, machine, test methods for Lab.

Health Audit for Co- man, Co- Manufacturing Program…)
Manage & trouble shooting for quality problems.
Build & control budget at Co- packer.

R&D
Co- operate with R&D Packaging Region team in improving quality of current
Co- operate with Marketing & R&D region team in improving quality for current product/ develop new product projects: OMT samples, research…
Lead for conducting trial at Plant for improving quality for current product/ develop new product projects
Identify & develop packaging formula for all products: responsible for ration packing materials (primary packing, secondary packing, shipping material). Responsible for determine percentage of waste for all ingredients, packing material at Co packers.

Suggest and provide recognition & discipline to the team
Conduct quality training courses to staff (PI & Copacker) QC, Production, PA,
Conduct food safety training courses to employees (PI and Copacker): GMP, AIB, EMP, and Allergen.
Build capabilities for Executives/Supervisors/staffs to perform quality tests for raw materials, in- process control, and finished good analysis via selecting candidates, training, coaching.
Create a motivating and rewarding work environment
Set objectives, assess performance & provide feedback to team as Performance Management Process
Monitor activity in QA/QC, R&D follow process, system and guideline such as: I2C, GMP, AIB, 5S, ISO, EHS….
Maintenance staffs: Sensory, Weak link & PAE, HACCP…
Build capabilities for QC Co- packer Supervisor to perform on quality control for raw materials, in- process control, and finished
