QHSE Systems Manager

- Develop, implement and drive action plans to achieve stated departmental business and personal objectives.
- Maintain the daily operations of the QHSE department including: Systems management as BRC, FSSC 22000,
Sedex,…
- Monitor and supervise the implementation of all Department.
- Guarantee the systems as BRC PPM, FSSC 22000, Sedex,… are implemented and maintained effectively.
- Conducts risk assessment and undertake corrective and preventive measures to ensure a proper environment
- Participate in audit internal & the suppliers, Company house-keeping audit & improvement.
- Responsible for customer audits which related systems.
- Oversee Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities of Factory.
- Manage Employees Health and Medical Service, safety and environment controls.

- Set QHSE Objectives and ensure those targets are achieved.
- Set up budget control of QHSE Dept.
- Training & build-up the potential staff.

Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Systems or closely related field required.
- Familiarity with local labor code and QHSE related regulations: BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001,…
- At least 05 years working experience in similar position. Experience in food packaging industry is a plus.
