QM - Quality Management

Support the implementation and ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are put into practice on a permanent basis
• Cooperate with counterpart Europe on product quality issue and customer satisfaction
• Implement internal audit activity with records, follow up and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust reporting system of company performance to AC management at appropriate intervals
• Monitor tester performance and analyze recorded data to prevent failure during production.
• Insure APQP and PPAP process is followed for new products and models. Assist as necessary on completion of process flow charts, FMEA and control plans for the product
• Planning, supervision, lead implementation of QC tools
• Interface with Technical Department on Work Instruction development, proper inspection and gauging frequencies, and process doc. as required
• In charge of all customers’ returns/complaints & keep track of all 8D and provide timely update status of corrective action / 8D
• Lead to implement the organization problem solving process and system
• Manage the operation of quality test and inspection and liaison programs
• Assist Technical Manager and Customer Services in warranty analysis and return sales from customer plants as require

Have knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem Solving skills
Can read and understand technical drawing
Teamwork, communication skills, proactive and able to work under pressure
Working experience: preferably 2-3 years of working experiences
Bachelor&039;s /University degree, major related to Mechanical, Engineering, Automotive,
Able to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage
Good computer skills with MS Office,…
