Key Tasks:

Other duties are assigned by line manager.
Audit Restaurants, suppliers, and warehouse.
Effectively fix, note and report any quality breaches or issues as required, including addressing customers’ complaints.
Develop product, service and safety quality standards based on the master franchisor and QSR quality expectations.
Develop standard procedures, templates and criteria for conducting quality inspections to ensure compliance and quality standard.
Communicate to strengthen compliance standard recognition to all staff.
Update law & knowledge relating to F&B industry and give advice/ training to OPS team.
Update quality standards as required to meet changing business needs.
Ensure quality standards in training for up- to- date staffs, procured products and services.
Produce quality control reports for senior management and the master franchisor as required.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:

Understand local dialects.
Computer skill: Intermediate.
Team player.
Innovative and progressive.
English: intermediate level.
Pleasant and outgoing personality.
Strong attention in details.
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.

Education

Bachelor degree is required (Food Technology, Restaurant & Hospitality is prefer).
Certificate of ISO, ASAP.

Work experiences

2+ years of experience in working a Q.A role in F&B industry.
