- Using and continually developing leadership and management skills
- Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating and handling all the issues arisen; supporting trainers and trainees to ensure the success of the programs
* To be a BSSer, you will have

* Join BSS, if you
- Age 22- 26
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Sheets/docs. MOS certification is a plus
- Enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and flexible in resolving conflicts with others
- Candidates with experience in project coordination is also preferred
- Good communication and organization skills
- Bachelor&039;s Degree required, at least 6 months of full- time working experience in any fields
