Promote and monitor quality improvement activities
Ensure that products, materials, accessories are always identified clearly and preserved in good conditions.
Review non- conformities found from QC reports or other checking operations and follow up as well as update NCR or SCAR/CAR (if any).
To carry out any other instructions as directed by the QA Manager.
To participate in product, process, quality and environmental management system audits and review activities.
To assist implement and maintain quality standards and housekeeping procedures.
Checking production and QA inspection records daily to make sure all info in the records are in- line with requirements.
To assist in training employee and new recruits, and evaluate their performance regularly.
Follow up on updating, recording & reporting of rejecting, repairing, reworking materials, semi- products, finished- products.
Make monthly statistical reports about incoming, production & out- going defect/good per delivery for evaluations.
To ensure the implementations and maintaince of Quality Management System such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP and others as per customer requirements, are carried out accordingly.
Supervise inspections and testing procedures for incoming raw materials, in process, manufacture and finished goods.
To keep track of periodic servicing & calibration of QC equipment, and to monitor the performance of the equipment before & after the servicing/calibration
Contribute to establishing monthly SOP /WI for QA or Production for process quality improvements.
Assist QA department Head in handling customer / supplier complaints, internal quality, process audit and preparing quality reports.

2- 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred. Exposure to printing/food/packaging production is a plus.
Ability to communicate in English.
Comfortable multitasking and working cross- functionally with different business units.
University degree, preferably within relevant fields.
Attention to detail with continuous improvement mindset.
Proficient in collecting and analyzing information, data, and generating reports to identify trends and uncover potential issues in the quality management system.
